About Mandy

Mandy is a first -generation Spirit Communicator and Soul Growth Instructor which began in 2005. She was featured on the Nationally Renowned “Dr. Pat Show” – on Contact Talk Radio for a full hour in April, 2019 all about her book “Golden Nuggets – Your Guide to Practical Spirituality”.

Mandy is a prolific Spiritual Instructor. She has taught classes at The East West Book Shop in Seattle, Vision Quest Book Store in Everett, WA., Star Gazers in Bellevue, WA. And now teaches Workshops in her Edmonds, WA. Home.

Mandy is a prolific reader of spiritual texts, meditates and prays abundantly daily, communicates and channels Spirit, God, and her pets throughout each day.

Mandy has education in the field of Shamanism, Hypnotherapy (including previous certification), Spirit Communication and Reiki Practices up to and including Level II.

At this time, Ms. Arwén is a student at the University of Metaphysics, Sedona, AZ. She is currently in the Bachelor’s Degree portion of the Doctorate in Theocentric Psychology Program and will be an Ordained Minister at the conclusion of this degree (Bachelors in Metaphysical Science).

When not in session, Mandy loves to study avidly, cook gourmet meals, spend quality time with friends and family, go out to eat, watch great movies, attend church at Unity in Lynnwood, Wa., facilitate book study groups through Unity and take her little dog Bingo out to photograph gorgeous Northwest landscapes and backdrops.
